My Story

Let me tell you a story! 

 I am a Mumma of two beautiful little ones and I have traversed through my own Separation and Divorce. So I know exactly what you are going through. I have sat exactly where you are sitting, I have walked in your shoes, and I understand what many just cannot about the rollercoaster ride of one's marriage ending.

I am not anti-marriage but I am pro LOVE.

I am not anti-men but I am pro CONNECTION.

I am pro TRUTH and AUTHENTICITY above all else

I believe in taking a difficult situation and using it as a catalyst for GROWTH, for creating true, everlasting change so you can become the person you have always wanted to be. The person your true HEART and SOUL is wanting you to be.

My own marriage ending was just as devastating as you might imagine. But with coaching and taking a deep dive inward, I was able to turn something truly heartbreaking into the most incredible journey of self-discovery and transformation and I would not change it for the world. 

I want this for everyone going through a separation or emerging after a divorce. There is no shame in divorce.
